The location was perfect for exploring local attractions, with easy access to popular markets and cafes.
The noise from the nearby nightclub was quite disruptive, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

the bathroom smelled like sewage and the staff was simply non-existent. I nearly thought they forgotten I was there. Also, I expected a complimentary upgrade instead of the tiny, filthy Superior Double Room Window. At one point, I was almost tempted to give a good review but just couldn’t due to the horrendous experience.

The shower was excellent, and I appreciated the
strong Wi-Fi connectivity, which made it easy to plan our daily activities. The location near the Ben Thanh Street Food Market was a major plus, making it convenient for us. However, the cleanliness of the common areas could have been better.

The hotel made it easy for us to explore all that Ho Chi Minh City has to offer. We loved hanging out at the nearby local markets and checking out the cool cafes. The kids especially enjoyed visiting the War Museum and the historical sites around the area.
My children wanted more activities for families to enjoy together.

The location was ideal, being directly opposite the Ben Thanh market, which made it easy for us to explore local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr Dat who addressed our needs promptly. Our room had a good air conditioner, providing a comfortable environment to relax in after a day of touring.
Unfortunately, the noise from the nightclub across the street made it difficult to sleep at night.

The location was perfect, right near the bustling market and popular eateries, making it easy to explore the area. Dat at reception offered excellent service by quickly resolving a room issue, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, the noise from a nearby nightclub made sleep difficult, and the cleanliness in some common areas could be improved. Unfortunately, the room lacked soundproofing, which detracted from an otherwise comfortable setup.
